Is Your Current Vehicle's Warranty Or Extended Service Contract Still Valid?


In an effort to help customers determine if their current vehicle's warranty or extended service contract is still valid, and has likely not been voided, here are a few questions to consider.  

• Have you had all required oil changes performed on or before the required due date and/or mileage limit?

• Have you retained all of these service records either with physical receipts/ROs or via an electronic service history?

• Have you performed all manufacturer required mile mark interval maintenance on or before the required threshold?

• If you owned your vehicle during the COVID period (2020-2022), did you maintain the minimum manufacturer required maintenance schedule?

• Have you ever DECLINED recommended service and maintenance suggested from automotive maintenance professionals concerned that these required services may become delinquent…and thus potentially void your warranty?
